We offer no-fuss returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know and return the purchase back to us.  If you need to make a return please email rebelyellyeah@gmail.com or call 868-761-1771.

In the event that no one is available to receive the package, what happens next?  O Deliver will attempt to contact the purchaser, hence the importance of a phone number.  A CARD to CALL is left in the mailbox if one is available and package is returned to head office after three delivery attempts.  The item will be returned to stock and a refund less our shipping cost will be processed.

 

Special Note regarding return of  figures:

If you are attempting to exhange or return a Funko  figure or other figures, here's some things you need to know. Funko and other figures are mass-produced.  As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process.  These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. Please note that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the figure itself is unaffected.

Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.

We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 3 to 7 business days.
