STORE POLICY
SHIPPING
We ship only within Trinidad and Tobago. Deliveries are 3-5 business days via O Deliver. You will receive a tracking number which you can track your purchase. Deliveries are made Mondays through Saturdays.
Store Pick up
You have the option to collect your items at our store. The store is located at Level 2, Gulf City Mall, San Fernando, Tel: 1-868-761-1771. Items will be held for up to 14 days. Items not collected will be returned to the warehouse and you will need to email us at rebelyellyeah@gmail to re-arrange pick-up.
Undelivered Packages
In the event that no one is available to receive the package, what happens next? The courier will attempt to contact the purchaser, hence the importance of a phone number. Should the package still be undelivered after these attempts it will be returned to Rebel Yell where arrangements can be made to collect from the Gulf City store within 7 days, or the item will be refunded less the shipping fees.
Once shipped, Rebel Yell is not responsible for postal or courier delays.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect information.
RETURNS
We offer no-fuss returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know and return the purchase back to any of our 3 branches- Gulf City Mall, Westmall or Trincity Mall. If you need to make a return please email rebelyellyeah@gmail.com or call 868-761-1771 to ensure that your order qualifies for return. Once approved for return pack your return securely, in the original package if possible and drop off at any Rebel Yell outlet, a refund will be processed in 3-5 working days less shipping cost.
Note:
Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

Regarding return of figures:
If you are attempting to exhange or return a Funko figure or other figures, here's some things you need to know. Funko and other figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. Please note that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the figure itself is unaffected.
Regarding the return of Rebel Boxes and mystery merchandise such as trading card packs, mystery minis etc. If the seal is broken or the item is opened this action voids the ability to return the product unless the contents are found to be damaged or not what was promised.
Refunding
We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 3 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
